Scanning a Result List
Scan a result list to filter the listed documents at the following pages in the vetting toolkit:
- Test Results
- Vetting Collection
- Excluded Documents
To scan a result list,

Click the Scan List expand icon
at the top of the result list. - Enter the field criteria you want to use to filter the result list.
A field is available for scanning if you selected the Include on Vetting Result Lists option for the field at the Administer Fields page (see Administering Fields). Field types are scanned as follows:

Wildcard characters are not allowed. Values are case-insensitive.
- Click Scan.
The documents that match your criteria are displayed in the listing. To cancel the scan filter and return to the original result list, click Clear Scan.
