Viewing Vetting Statistics

Compare the number of vetted documents to the total number of documents in your DMS database at the Statistics page.

To access the Statistics page, click Statistics in the left frame.

Viewing and Grouping Statistics

To view statistics,

1. Select your DMS from the DMS Type drop-down list.
2. Select the DMS database for which you want to view statistics from the Library drop-down list.
3. Select a display category from the View By drop-down list. You can group statistics by any field for which a DMS description field map is defined (see Administering Fields).

Statistics are listed in alphabetical order for the category you selected.

• Total Docs in Library indicates the number of documents available in the DMS database that could be included by the vetting toolkit.
• Total Vetted Docs indicates the number of documents in the DMS database currently set for inclusion by the vetting toolkit (for all rule groups).
• Percentage indicates the percentage of included documents in the DMS database out of the available documents in the library.

To change the order of the statistics, click a column heading (e.g., Percentage) to sort by that category.

To print the displayed statistics, click Print.
