Changing Settings for SharePoint
To access and change settings for eDOCS DM integration,
- Click Setup.
- Click the Data Source Management tab.
Under Settings, click SharePoint.
Note: Settings are displayed only for data source connections that are set up. If you do not see settings for your type, first add a data source connection. See Adding a Connection for SharePoint for details.
- Make the changes you want to the settings on that page. Settings are described in the table below.
- Click Save.

Search Batch Size

The maximum number of documents to be processed as a batch.
The default value is 50000.

Indicates how to map SharePoint data to associated West km fields. Type the name of the SharePoint managed property you want to use for each West km field.
The metadata in SharePoint must be a crawled property that is mapped to a managed property.

Custom Fields
|
Allows you to map a custom field in West km to data in SharePoint. In the table, find an empty row that matches the content type of the custom field: String, Boolean, Date/Time, or Integer. Then type the name of the SharePoint managed property in the text box.
The metadata in SharePoint must be a crawled property that is mapped to a managed property.
