Understanding User Rights
You can assign your West km users different levels of rights to the system.

Administrator |
The user has rights to the West km setup pages, has rights to manually delete documents from West km, and has the rights of a KeySearch Editor, Annotator, and Vetting Editor. In addition, if Administrator is selected, the system automatically selects Active User. |

KeySearch Editor |
The user has rights to administer the KeySearch hierarchy in West km for Litigation. |
|
Annotator |
The user is able to add notes and mark files as exemplar. The user is also able to edit and delete all annotations. |
|
Vetting Editor |
The user has access to the West km Vetting Toolkit. |
|
Active User |
The user is able to search and display your indexed documents in West km. |
