Changing Email Settings
West km users have the capability to email documents from West km. To change email settings,
- Click Setup.
- Click the User Interface tab.
- In the left frame, click Email.
In the right frame, make the changes you want to the settings. Settings are described below.
- Click Save.

SMTP Server |
The name of the SMTP server that will be used to email documents from West km. |

SMTP Port |
The port number associated with the SMTP server. |
|
SMTP Username and SMTP Password |
A valid username and password on the SMTP server for sending emails. |

Default From Address |
An email address to be used as the originating address for documents that are emailed from West km. The email must have a valid format and conform with rules on your SMTP server. For example, to prevent emails from being categorized as spam or junk mail, use an email address your email system will recognize. The default value is westkm@westkm.com. |

Use SSL |
Select this option if your SMTP server requires a secure connection. |
