Changing Transactional Settings

To change transactional settings for the user interface,

Click Setup.
Click the User Interface tab.
In the left frame, click Transactions.
In the right frame, make the changes you want to the settings. Settings are described below.
Click Save.

Transactions
Document Label Clause Label Defined Term Label	Determines the text used for the links to search documents, clauses, and defined terms on the basic and advanced search templates in West km for Transactions. The default values are as follows: Documents Clauses Defined Terms
Show Search Terms in Result List (Transactions)	Determines whether the result list shows and highlights search terms in West km for Transactions. This setting is selected by default.
Number of Words to Display before and after Search Terms in Result List (Transactions)	When searching full text, indicates the amount of text (in number of words) to show before and after each search term in West km for Transactions. Note: Surrounding text is not displayed beyond the boundaries of a paragraph, a table cell, or text that defines metadata for a title, attorney, law firm, governing law, or party. For this setting to function, Show Search Terms in Result List must be selected. The default value is 20.
Number of Search Term Hits to Display in Result List (Transactions)	When searching full text or titles, indicates how many search term references to show in West km for Transactions. For this setting to function, Show Search Terms in Result List must be selected. The default setting is the first three search terms.
Terms and Connectors Search Result Sort Order (Transactions)	In West km for Transactions, determines the sort order for West km results from a full-text search using terms and connectors. The default value is Modified Date & Time.
Maximum Number of Search Terms to Highlight	Determines the maximum number of search terms that are highlighted in the document. Large documents with a search term that is present often may take a long time to load. Restricting the maximum number of search terms in such a case results in shorter document loading time. The default value is 500.
