Viewing Vetting Statistics

Compare the number of vetted documents to the total number of documents in your DMS database/library at the Statistics page.

To access the Statistics page, click Statistics in the left frame.

To view statistics,

1. In the Data Source Type list, click your DMS.
2. In the Library list, click the DMS database/library for which you want to view statistics.
3. In the List By list, click a display category. You can group statistics by any field for which a DMS description field map is defined (see Configuring Vetting Fields).

Statistics are listed in alphabetical order for the category you selected.

• Total Documents in Library indicates the number of documents available in the DMS database that could be included by the vetting toolkit.
• Total Vetted Docs indicates the number of documents in the DMS database currently set for inclusion by the vetting toolkit (for all vetting groups).
• Percentage indicates the percentage of included documents in the DMS database out of the available documents in the library.

To change the order of the statistics, click a column heading (e.g., Percentage) to sort by that category.

To print the displayed statistics, click Print icon.
