Viewing Excluded Documents
View the documents that have been manually excluded from a collection at the Excluded Documents page.
To access the Excluded Documents page, click Excluded Documents in the left frame.
To view excluded documents in a collection,
- In the Data Source Type list, click your DMS.
- From the View Group Collection list, select the vetting group for which you want to view the documents that you have manually marked for exclusion (see Viewing Collections). The list is determined by the groups you set up on the Manage Vetting Groups page (see Managing Vetting Groups).
- Perform any of the following actions:
- To access the next or previous set of documents, click a page link or type a page number at the bottom of the Excluded Documents table.
- To change the order of the excluded documents, click a column heading (e.g., Author) to sort by that category.
- To restore an excluded document to the collection, first select the check box next to the document listing. To select all items in the list (including items on other pages), select the check box in the heading. Then click Include Selected.
- To view a copy of a document in its original format, click the document name.
- To filter the list of excluded documents, click Add Filter, type your criteria in the text boxes, and click Apply. For details, see Filtering a Result List.
- To print the displayed document listing, click the Print icon.
