Display Settings for Result Lists
To select the fields that you want displayed in result lists and available as sortable categories after searching your organization's documents,
- On the System Options page, click Field Display Settings, and then click Result List.
- In the right frame, go to the section of the page that corresponds to the module you want to affect. The settings in the Litigation section apply to West km for Litigation and the settings in the Transactions section apply to West km for Transactions.
Move the fields to the Selected box that you would like displayed in results when searching your organization's documents.
Move a field by clicking it and then clicking an arrow. Fields are displayed in the interface in the order in which you list them in the Selected box.
Note: The ordering of fields in the Litigation section applies only to result lists in the West km interface. It does not apply to result lists in the WestlawNext and Westlaw Classic interfaces.
Note: The DMS Title and Modified Date fields are always displayed in result lists, so they are not listed as options.
- Click Save.
Changes take effect immediately.
