Display Settings for Search Forms

To select the fields that are displayed as field restrictions on the search form when searching your organization's documents,

  1. On the System Options page, click Field Display Settings, and then click Search Form.
  2. In the right frame, go to the section of the page that corresponds to the module you want to affect. The settings in the Litigation section apply to West km for Litigation and the settings in the Transactions section apply to West km for Transactions.
  3. Move the fields to the Selected box that you want to display as possible field restrictions on the search form when searching your organization's documents.

    Move a field by clicking it and then clicking an arrow. Fields are displayed in the interface in the order in which you list them in the Selected box.

  4. Click Save.

Changes take effect immediately.
