Viewing Vetting Collections
View all the documents in a collection at the Vetting Collection page. The vetting rules in the rule group determine the documents in the collection.
To access the Vetting Collection page, click Vetting Collections in the left frame.
To view documents in a collection,
- Select your DMS from the DMS Type drop-down list.
- Select the rule group for which you want to view the document collection from the Rule Group drop-down list. The list is determined by the groups you set up on the Administer Rule Groups page (see Administering Rule Groups).
- Perform any of the following actions:
- To access the next or previous set of documents in the collection, click the navigation links at the top or bottom of the page.
- To change the order of the retrieved documents, click a column heading (e.g., Author) to sort by that category.
- To exclude a document from the collection, first select the check box next to the document listing. To select all items in the result list, including items on other pages, click All. To select all items in the result list that are displayed on the current page, click Page. Second, click Exclude Checked. (See also Viewing Excluded Documents.)
- To view a copy of a document in its original format, click View in the Load Copy column.
- To see the inclusionary rules that brought a document into the vetting collection, click Rule(s) in the Vetting Rule column on the right-hand side of the table.

To filter the list of vetted documents, click the Scan List expand icon
, type your criteria in the text boxes, and click Scan. For details, see Scanning a Result List. - To print the displayed document listing, click Print.
The toolkit automatically retrieves the latest version of a document. Also, if a document exists in more than one collection, West km will handle the duplicates during the indexing process.
