Viewing Collections
View all the documents in a collection at the Vetting Collection page. The rules in the vetting group determine the documents in the collection.
To access the Vetting Collection page, click View Collection at the Vetting Rules page.
To view documents in a collection,
- In the Data Source Type list, click your DMS.
- In the View Group Collection list, click the vetting group for which you want to view the document collection. The list is determined by the groups you set up on the Manage Vetting Groups page (see Managing Vetting Groups).
- Perform any of the following actions:
- To access the next or previous set of documents, click a page link or type a page number at the bottom of the View Collection table.
- To change the order of the retrieved documents, click a column heading (e.g., Author) to sort by that category.
- To exclude a document from the collection, select the check box next to the document listing. To select all items in the result list (including items on other pages), select the check box in the heading. Then click Exclude Selected.
- To view a copy of a document in its original format, click the document name.
- To see the complete listing of inclusionary rules that brought a document into the vetting collection, in the Group Rule column in the View Collection table, click View.
- To filter the list of vetted documents, click the plus symbol (+) next to Filters, type your criteria in the text boxes, and click Apply. For details, see Filtering a Result List.
- To print the displayed document listing, click the Print icon.
The toolkit automatically retrieves the latest version of a document. Also, if a document exists in more than one collection, West km will handle the duplicates during the indexing process.
